Be it hereby known to all that our enemies have attacked the outlying
garrisons of the Inner Circle in sundry locations. Fortunately, they did
not emerge unscathed from their aggression, as two corrupt centaurs and six
foul lizards were felled in the assault by our brave soldiers.
The Inner Circle is now at war. There shall be no further negotiations
until enemy blood has been spilled in sufficient quantities to avenge our
fallen men. May God have Mercy on our souls.
