I might be interested in providing a conveniently located port city as
home base, as well as guaranteed safe resource collection in several
surrounding provinces.

Although my reputation may be less than spotless, those who have dealt
with me know me as an honorable man. Also, I have the wherewithal to
provide more than adequate protection against pirates.
