I also agree that the Merchants guild would need to be an Olympia Wide
organization.
however, having never been off of Provinia I need to ask, are there safe
havens on other continents? And even if there are, what is going to
protect guild operations which are not in cities. Gathering raw materials
and livestock can't be done in any significant amount in a safe haven
province

Another thought, does the the Grand Council of Ambassadors have any
thoughts on the subject of a Olympia wide Merchants Guild?
