You are absolutely correct, but players that do it don't belong in the
game, period. They can't be sued, but they sure can lose thier access to
the game, and nobody would be suprised one bit if the gamemaster did just
that to an individual that was caught. Why? Because its cheating, plain
and simple. I'm embarassed for the individual that did it.
