You can argue law and right and wrong all you want. But as a matter of
practicality, you can not bring suit against anyone for hacking your web
site. If you don't want people hacking your site, don't tell people where
it is, and change the location often. If you do put up a site, don't put
anything vital on it.
Rich has a responsibility to provide security for everything on his server.
Outside of that, it's the internet. Those are the dangers.
Frankly, I'd be disappointed if Rich tried to policy all the Olympia pages
on the net. It's not his job, it's yours.
