Can you garrison a provience with a city without first fighting
and defeating the city garrison ?
I find nothing about it in the rules. But I dont want to end
up fighting a mass of pikemen because I misunderstood the rules.
If there is no one in the castle proper but there is a noble
in a tower in the castle. Will the noble in the tower be
the owner of the castle and
A: get the castles income at the end of the turn ?
B: defend the castle if attacked ?
I am assuming No here. But hope makes me ask.
