1) This list is to discuss G2. G2 will not change, nor should it.
2) If we are going to discuss G3, then we should first find out if G3
is even being considered by the great god Atnerks. Remember, G2 came
along mostly to fix the major problems that existed in G1. I
personally, see no, or at least very few, problems with G2. Most of the
ideas that have been floated, like this fine trade idea, are more along
the lines of enhancements. Rich may not want to do major programming
just to add enhancements, especially since Olympia is a pretty damn
swell game as it is.
Rich, are you considering creating a G3? Could you be convinced?
3) If the answer to the above question is yes, then I ask for a G3
design list to be created, where the flow of ideas won't interfere with
the more mundane issues of the currently running game.
4) If the answer to the above question is no, then discussing game
upgrades is kind of pointless.
