Behind orders

As I understand the behind rule, a noble issues a behind order that affects
him and all his troops. There is no way for a single noble with 10 soldiers
and 10 archers to make the archers behind-1, as would make tactical sense.

How about allowing the player entity to issue behind orders based on troop
type, while noble orders only affect the individual noble? That way a
faction could rank its troops appropriately irregardless of the number of
nobles in the combat stack. Beasts could be ranked by the player entity, or
simply stay in the same rank as the Beastmaster.

Large combat stacks are already penalized by the 1 noble/10 figures movement
penalty. They should be able to dress their lines in a rational manner.
