As others have pointed out, GIVEing enemies things at (in)appropriate
moments was a commonly used tactic in G1. The ACCEPT command seems
like a good idea. However, I think it would be nice if the template
generator would add the previous turn's ACCEPT lists to the order
template (probably commented out #) as a gentle reminder. This
would help reduce errors.
