Quick question,
If a noble builds, lets say an Inn, then leaves it, is he still the =
owner? Do exclude orders still work? I would imagine that someone else =
could move in and become the "owner", just wondering if the original =
"owner" keeps the location (and thus the income) until someone comes =
along and takes it from him?
