 > Just in case you haven't heard, the Ferengi (an AOO faction) have
 > laid claim to all land south of row cz.

 Anyone can "lay claim" to vast holdings, the hard part is actually
 enforcing that claim.  I had wanted to complete this before G2
 started, but I guess I'll just have to finish up a bit late.  My
 little screw-up on Allasus Island will probably cost me two turns
 to correct.
