DescriptionFantasy Chapters has opened it doors on December 1st 2011. This game is a free trivia Play by Forum Roleplaying Game based in a fantasy world called the Lands of Bavidirian. To begin creating your character click here. The difference between other play by post games is that Fantasy Chapters offers trivia questions in gameplay instead of rolling dice to determine outcome of situations your adventurer encounters. If you like to try something different then the traditional D6, D20, or D100 die rolling in a tabletop game then join us for some fun! Here is how it works: CHOOSE YOUR ADVENTURER: * NOTE: Each special ability can be used once per battle round or in a situation the adventurer is involved in. * EMPIRE UNITS Human Squire (second chance on trivia question) Human Archer (cut in half trivia selection) Human Apprentice (give answer) + choose one level 1 spell from the list. Human Acolyte (give answer) / starts with healing spell * DEMON HORDES Possessed (second chance on trivia question) Gargoyle (cut in half trivia selection) Cultist (give answer) + choose one level 1 spell from the list. Devil (second chance on trivia question) * MOUNTAIN CLANS Dwarven Fighter (second chance on trivia question) Dwarven Axe Thrower (cut in half trivia selection) Dwarven Tenderfoot (give answer) + choose one level 1 spell from the list. Hill Giant (second chance on trivia question) * UNDEAD Undead Fighter (second chance on trivia question) Ghost (Immune to physical attacks) (cut in half trivia selection) Initiate (give answer) + choose one level 1 spell from the list. Wyvern (Immune to Poison) (second chance on trivia question) * NEUTRAL Wood Elf Wanderer (second chance on trivia question) Centaur Explorer (second chance on trivia question) Half Orc Barbarian (Immune to diseases) (second chance on trivia question) Halfling Thief (cut in half trivia selection) Dark Elf Fighter (second chance on trivia question) Dark Elf Apprentice (give answer) + choose one level 1 spell from either the undead or demon spell list.
* NOTE: 1, Second chance on a trivia question means that you get a second chance in answering a trivia questions correctly when your adventurer is in a situation. This special skill can be used once (for level 1) per battle. 2. Give answer on a trivia question means that the DM will give the answer if the roleplayer announces it. This special skill can be used once (for level 1) per battle. 3. Cut in half on a trivia question means that the DM will take out 2 out of the 4 multiple choices in a trivia question to help decide the correct answer to the question. This special skill can be used once (for level 1) per battle. * Sometimes battles last up to 5 rounds so choose wisely when to use your special ability. * Choose a name and sign up to begin.
