Here, on the thirty eight worlds of the Commonwealth Interior, and in the great unexplored beyond, lie riches and dangers, adventure and tragedy. Tales of the Haven Expanse is an open ended play-by-email game in which players struggle for economic, political and technological dominion over an ever expanding number of worlds, solar systems and the people to whom they offer an uncertain future. Plucked from the austere, repetitive life that awaits the seething, holovision watching masses of the Expanse you have been marked for something less ordinary. A spell in a Commonwealth Naval Academy awaits you, after which you will be a qualified Starship Officer. You must then decide how to spend your life and career in the Haven Expanse. Choose an allegiance, select a career path - and follow your destiny! The Haven Expanse is inhabited by 8 Nations, each characterized by a distinct species. You may begin your career in the service of any one.
