DescriptionWith the stablizaion of the Alpha and Beta Quadrants, and with the Delta Quadrant now accessible through new transwarp technologies recovered by the Enterprise, the Federation has prospects to reach out and ally themselves with the Quadrant's friendly peoples. It is USS Avalon's duty to provide protection for the ambassadorial convoys and trade freighters that now make their way across the Galaxy, and to study new found technologies obtained from Delta Quadrant peoples.
