Or maybe you are thinking of starting up a league yourself and need a hand setting up? Perhaps with World Football Online, you and your friends can realise that dream. I am currently looking at starting a new, free football league online, which if successful can be one of the biggest leagues, if not THE biggest PBEM football game online. What I'm currently looking for are people who might be interested in being a commissioner for a division who are enthusiastic and have the time to work on making their division successful. I will be able to offer the division's commissioners assistance when necessary and will ultimately be helping run most of the league's functions. I am hoping to achieve a league that will have divisions from seperate countries (including England, Italy, Spain, amongst others) and with a bit of luck we could have two divisions (eight teams in each) for each country. The main things a division commissioner will need to do is playing the matches, release information such as club finances, rosters and match results. The process of running games and releasing rosters is not difficult nor overly time consuming, however I can provide an explanation for those not familiar with the game engine. Finances are also simple as I'm looking at purely a transfer budget as this stage. On the rules and formats of the league, I am happy to discuss those with commissioners who are committed to WFO. I might also add that possible managers are welcome but at this stage I'm leaning towards prospective commissioners as then the league can be organised and there could be a final universal agreement on most of the rules, formats and so on.
