The orders daemon failed to process orders submitted after approximately 7pm
Monday evening. Obviously this damaged anyone who sent orders in after this
time, which is likely over half the players in the game.

The best solution would be to reset the game to the end of turn 220, and
rerun turn 221 tomorrow (thursday), which would give us all time to submit
the lost orders but not redo everything.
