Well, I intend to implement the RUMOR/PRESS commands, I just haven't
gotten around to it yet, what with all the hate mail I have to answer
every day. <G> Players complaining of Star Trek like temporal
discontinuities, folks bashing my rules because they trusted the
wrong captain and got marooned on a desert island...

Now look what you've done. I'm so upset that I used a CompuServe
grin symbol instead of a proper smiley. Feh.

Basically, instead of sending mail to times@pbm.com, there will
be two new commands to submit Times press. They will be similar in
form to POST and MESSAGE. RUMOR will yield an unsigned post, PRESS
will sign posts with the id of the character.
