I'd agree. It seems to me that the market scheme has a delay due to the
way information works. If one sends one's minions to market and they
don't understand what they got told, then you have the risk....
It seems that this risk exists ONLY for the first instant of a turn, so
unless someone snaps up the bargain, which is what probably ought to
happen. Painful as that is. And having found all sorts of errors to
make, I imagine I'll makethis one too, at some point <wince>.
