Why does the money spent on equipment flow out of the game? What ever
happens to this equipment? Let people sell equipment back, at a high
percentage of cost.
i.e. if people die, have the equipment go to the winner, or divided among
all players, or something. Or if people don't die often, give them 100%
value on "trade-ins".
Also, you could have a slow "trickle in" of money. i.e. pay all the
players a small amount of money each "turn", or whatever.
