The perform common tasks for magic was not a popular in the
playtest, as it was far easier to gather 10 men and pillage
the countryside, which also only took 1 week, but didn't
require the NP to learn magic.
Pillaging was reduced in wilderness areas, I believe to too
great an extent, as I found the risks too great for the
benefit. Perhaps if common tricks was based on the civ
level as well...
Of course recruiting should be based on the civ level too..
