#3 isn't bad, but I feel that part of the reason for scrying is
to see into regions that you don't know how to get into. So I would like
to have a distance limit put on scrying. Maybe have #3 with the
condition that if the 2 parts of #3 are not met then you can only scry up
to two provinces away from your present location.
