It's a pain, but it's a pleasurable pain :-) It adds a certain spice
of intrigue. I liked it when I was persuading someone else's units;
it was a headache to worry about keeping mine.
I don't think it's bad, per se. I think it adds overhead. However,
many of us seem to agree that letting the minions a level below be
promoted is a solution to this problem.
