An unmentioned advantage (at least I think it is, I've obviously not
been reading my mail as carefully as I might) is that it is now harder
to determine what faction unit X belongs to.

I know that X's lord is Y. But I don't know that Y's lord is Rocko,
unless I can find Y.

This can give evil players some deniability :-)
