screaming righteous indignation that the Musketeers have
counterattacked across your borders and have struck back? This
seems beneath you. Surely with your LotC allies [we have visions
of their mages with prepped Farcasts aimed to support your attack
on bt58] will help pull your bacon out of the fire before it gets
too seriously crisped.
Buck up! You've lost one piddly army and an uncompleted castle. These
are not serious reverses. Wait until you lose some really skilled nobles
or a few of your better-trained mages. That hurts. Money, castles,
troops: all are expendable. Good leaders [like Elvira...a tip of the
hat to faction gg8 for a bribe well done] are not.
Also: your cry for peace is a sham. I was asked to handle the
negotiations for the Musketeers when Seehawk volunteered to mediate.
My various exchanges with the Seehawk boil down to this: when
after numerous attempts of his requesting dialogue from you, you
[or someone speaking on behalf of the NoE that the Seehawk will not
indentify, which is cool] _essentially_ said that you did not WANT
to negotiate. You wanted the war. Enjoy it! You're not doing too
badly so far.
