Thanks for the advice on the resend command, my "friend" is back in
business.
Perhaps there should be a section of the web site which says in large
letters what to do in case of emergency instead of it being hidden down the
command list under "resend". My friend is guilty of not RTFM but just 'cos
its in the manual doesn't mean its accessible.
However, since he didn't RTFM he has nobody to blame but himself ;).
