Thank you for your offer to aid us against the ICLF but we have to decline.
We still hope to some day have peace with our neighbors, but if we can't
then we'll want to keep the land for ourselves.
I'm sure you, Foul and company will one day find some land of your own, but
you won't find it here.
Also stay clear of NOE territory, or you may end up fighting against rather
then with us.
