Ocean-land routes take two days to cross, instead of 1. (i.e. "coastal crawl"
will remain in the game, but now takes two days instead of one.)
Does this mean I can sail directly from one coastal land province to another
i.e. I could issue a "sail e" command from dm51 and reach dm52 in two days? Or
do I have to sail s to the ocean then sail e and sail n again?
