This doesn't work because you can't queue "stop" orders.
You can either use the "wait turn n" order (I admit I have
never done this, although I haven't heard any complaints
about it), or else "wait not day 2" (which I have used).
But the best advice is to ask someone else you trust to
submit the turn for you.
