Not true. PLATO gave away a big chunk of land to a group of new
players recently. No matter what Cendage would have you think, there
is land available, even on Camaris. We also re-settled the Harn
refugees. Cendage has an even lower population density in his
territory. And that's just one little corner of the world.

But it's pretty easy to stay out of the way of war. New factions have
nothing to lose; an old faction can easily replace their claim gold,
and NPs can't be destroyed.
