Of course, if one uses more nobles, it takes less time:
2500 / (10 nobles * 30 days / 3 days) = 25 turns
This is possible if one is flying, sailing, scrying, etc. Of course, to view
_all_ provinces at the same rate, one would need 320 turns -- kinda long, but
can be reduced by the fact that person is increasing nobles linearly.
