Even worse.
attack [ship-id] doesn't seem to work either. It has to actually be in the
hostile list, or something.

I don't think the fact that it's a ship has anything to do with it, blasting
targets in other structures has been strangely unsuccesful too lately. You
know what they say, one time, coincidence, two times, bad luck, three
times....

Besides I recall an anecdote about someone's noble getting blasted on a
ship, then he got stuck 'cause the other noble on the ship didn't have
sailing. So it worked on ships before. This was a while back though.
