2. Most players would prefer if bugs were not taken advantage of.
3. Some players will use reported bugs to their advantage.
4. Some players from #2 feel forced to use bugs to keep up with #3.
5. Some players will be at a disadvantage because they refuse to use bugs.
6. By the time you find out your enemy is using a bug, it may be too late.
7. Some players treat bugs as "resources", concealing their exsistance from
other players.
8. Bugs usually only get fixed when there is a massive outcry from the
players.
