Does anyone know...well I'm sure someone knows...if you can begin to study a
skill in a city that offers instruction, then have it a partially known
skill and continue to study after you leave the city? Example: Bob, unit
123456 issues order "study 610". So he studies for 7 days. However, instead
of completing the entire time needed to study, he leaves the city. Can he
issue "study 610" again later and continue even though he is not in a city
that offers Combat?
