I'll dig out my old turn reports. I had 3 nobles in as many turns decompose
and got correct NP's for all. My friend lost numerous nobles through bribery
and not honoring and didn't get hardly any back. This could have been due to
NP valued skills not being fully known though. I will look into it and get
back to you all.
