I rather recommend you have a look at your old textbooks:-) or a proper
dictionary. Many english words cannot be translated litterally into the
Dutch language . "Character" is not necessarily the equivalent of "person",
one of its meanings correlates to an entity possessing certain attributes. I
should admit however that the rules are poorly written grammatically. They
certainly werent written by an englishmen :-) You will also have to
recognise the fact that colloquial american language differs from colloquial
english. So be prepared for more surprises :-)
