I doubt that will happen. Instead you will see everyone taking everything
from their garrisons on day 1 next turn. If someone wants to use 25 aura
(and maybe a farcast) to destroy 10 soldiers, more power to them.
Just don't rely on storing things of value in a garrison.

I hate to burst your bubble, but the lore sheets are part of the rules. The
accuracy of the rules does not determine what is a rule and what isn't.
