Just a quick question in ref to the questing mails going round.
If you quest a loc and get no result.....can you quest it again and
maybe get a fight. From what I was reading it seems that if a quest
command fails (ie nothing of interest was found) then you can do it
again in the SAME sublocation again and again until it is a positive
result. Is this right????? If this is the case does that mean that the
waiting time for a quest location to 'recharge' only happens after a
positive result has been achieved???
