The initial bug was that missile weapons in the fog were at full
strength. That bug is fixed. The second bug was that missile weapons
in the fog are too weak. In the first battle that bug might have been
in, Rich provided the battle report to you, and upon reading it, I was
not sure if it was raining and foggy or just foggy. If it was raining
and foggy, there was no bug. I don't believe Rich has any way to
figure out what the weather was, and as you know, there are some bugs
that make it hard to tell if it is raining.
You lie when you say "Rich is not replying". If there is a bug, you
have yet to figure out how it acts.
