1) Is there any reason I can't build an inn in Yellowleaf (I had a look in
the rules and could find nothing saying I couldn't but there is not
currently any Inn in this city, which I find strange if building an Inn is
allowed)?
2) If I can't build in Yellowleaf can I building in the safe haven province
dh78 outside Yellowleaf which also does not appear to contain an inn (I
assume an inn will include the words inn in the location report)?
3) If items 1) and 2) are not possible can anyone help with information on
what city or cities near Yellowleaf need an inn?
4) If no cities available to build inn in then does it matter which province
I build in with regards to savage attacks and how many savages can I expect
to attack each round (ie How many soldiers will I need to protect the inn)?
Any help available with these questions would be greatly appreaciated
