Flame over g2-bugs

Actually, Jason, you are, by your own definition, a cheater as well.
In that you don't follow the rules. In this case, its the rules of the
g2-list.

No flaming. Or maybe being a hick farmer I am mistaken in my belief
that when you call some one an "asshole", you are flaming him? Being
48, I suppose my definition of such things might be just a _tad_
out of date.

I do not begrudge you your opinion, your emotional feelings about your
beliefs, your reaction to all the garbage we waded through yesterday.
And I want to apologize in a fashion, because by responding to your
email, it effectively singles you out. You were certainly neither
the first, nor the worst, offender of this list rule. I realize this,
and want to make sure everyone else understands I realize this also.

I would just like to say that I believe we can all express our
opinions without resorting to name calling, labeling, and making
the list a place where people do _not_ want to express genuine
game issues because they are afraid in doing so, they will foster
the circus that flew through here yesterday.

You could have just as easily said "It is my conviction that any
one who writes orders that achieve results in ways other than
presented in the rules knowing that these orders are contrary
to the rules is cheating." That sums your opinion, your
personal belief and your playing style without namecalling
and using foul [or fowl] language, does it not?

Thank You

Jim Frediani
