Everyone did not realize how it could be used to get all that aura.
Please stop ignoring this little fact.

I didn't tell others about the bug. Your alliance has a leak. The
secret report you guys were circulating to your allies about my funny
movement ended up in the hands of your enemies. They asked me about
it. I refused to tell them anything about it. They then worked out how
it worked.
I didn't tell them anything.
[ In case anyone's wondering, this kind of stupid back-and-forth is
why I assume that I can never negotiate anything with the Lords. ]
