I didn't realize that the reported "survive fatal" bug could be used
to get infinite aura.
No one in my alliance used that bug, even after it became public that
the LotC was using that to blast all our nobles.
I have said this before on this list, yet people keep on repeating
that I must have used it, that I must have known. I didn't. There's
no way I can defend myself against such charges.

Suit yourself. 3 minutes ago you were talking about avoiding semantics
and "who did what first". Then you call me names. My actions were a
response to what my enemies did. I reported the feature many months
before I even considered using it. I used it after the LotC, in
public, said their use of the aura bug was justified. You may not like
my sense of honor. I suggest that you be on the receiving end of a bug
for a long time before you start throwing stones.

Greg hasn't had any agreements or treaties in g2. Oleg has. Stop
mixing game characters with real life.

That accusation is another un-truth. The battle you are referring to
did not involve the LotC, and we did not demand a re-run, we though
that our enemies would accept nothing less. As it turned out, our
enemy was honorable and we settled the problem with information
provided by Rich. And the LotC spread a false story, because right
after the battle happened, I thought the LotC was the attacker.

I agree. That was my position when I first found this "feature". I
also wish that the infinite aura bug had been fixed long before
it ruined _my_ fun. Who were you flaming back then?
