I believe that I reported the "movement feature" before this happened,
but I don't exactly recall. Our army was never trapped, it was just
slowly moving around barriers.

No, I think this is a g1 "feature" which was introduced when Rich put
in the "do what I mean" order parser. So yes, it's pretty funny that
it was not noticed for many years.
