As a sometime friend of the borg, I none the less concur. Southmarche is
just now developing shipping, and if we are attacked, it will be
considered an act of war.

Tell me, Mordekai, wouldn't it have been easier for me to set hostile
all, and then nuetral to those I knew... Just in case I ran accross one
of maddogs compatriots?

Of course then several borg nobles who were walking around in
Southmarche at the time might have been inadvertently killed...
