For those new to the game, and who have no idea what we are
talking about, I will define the Camais Straits as that channel of
water lying between Provinia and Camais, from column 45 to column 88,
and consisting of the dn and dp rows at its most narrow (dn70, dn71,
dp70 and dp71), and becoming wider the further you go east or west
from that point. At this time, the entire northern coast from the
eastern edge to Harn is held by the LoTC, while County Southmarche
owns from Harn west to the 40 column. The southern coast is held by
PLATO in the east, and the Crimson Dragons (Eagle) in the west. Harn
and Yellowleaf are safe havens within this area, and newbies start in
both. For a good overview map of the area in question, go to The
Encylopedia Olympia at:

http://www.spiretech.com/~jeffh/olympia/encoly/landmasses.html

and look at the narrow stretch between the two landmasses. That is
the area of contention.
