You're right, it is an effective strategy to get everything in the sea.
It's also an effective strategy to make a lot of neutral people angry at
you (Do I sound like a broken record yet?).

No problem, really. I stated quite clearly that I won't be giving up any
IDs and will be loading my ships with a full military escort.
