Why should we have to ask your permission to use the worlds water
ways, when ever I visit someones land I try to stick to there rules,
but the sea belongs to everyone, how would like it if we all decided
that all the seas are of limits to you and you can not use them
without our permission , if you fail to ask we will sink you ships
were ever we find them. I think after a short while you may well
decide that this sort of action is none to your liking, fight your
wars by all means attack you enemies but do not try and shut of the
sea lanes to those who want nothing to do with your petty arguments.
