The only accounts I issued hard quits for were accounts which were
excessively negative ($70 to $115 in the hole) and ones for which
I had previously sent multiple notices regarding non-payment.
Every turn has your current balance. If this number is rather
negative for months at a time, you should consider contacting me
to arrange some kind of payment schedule, or at least let me know
that you are a homeless starving student living under the stairs
in the sub-basement at your university and could really use a break.
Even as things are I believe that we will be able to work something
out with most of those who I sent quits for.
