accounts ?

Hi,
I have sent 2 checks for my account, one 3 weeks ago and 1 a week ago,
neither of which have been noted as being deposited. An email to Rich has
not has a reply. I still have a few weeks left in my account, but would like
to know what happens when an account goes to zero. Does the program
refuse to run your turns or does Rich have to do that manually? (in which
case it probably won't happen)
Is the computer on auto pilot or are there still humans involved?
