I recently changed payment methods. I never heard from Rich but the
change just happened after my old payment method failed a couple times.

I wouldn't worry about it to much, players don't seem to be ejected
automatically when accounts reach zero thank goodness. Turns keep
running and everything. This I have seen on my own turns.
